I am a Wiradjuri artist based in Kandos NSW and my artwork reflects the Aboriginal Culture, land and rivers of my ancestors, in Central Western NSW.
My artwork includes weaving, possum skin cloak making, pyrography on wood, skins or paper, sculpture, printmaking and painting and drawing.
I have previously studied Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Arts and Visual Arts at

Diane runs workshops in weaving, possum skin cloak making and children’s aboriginal art.

On the first two days of the 4-day workshop participants will make a small coiled basket using cumbungi and other materials eg waxed thread , raffia or wool, then on the next two days we will make ceremonial jewellery eg a pendant, headpiece or armbands using lomandra, cumbungi, raffia and feathers, gumnuts, seeds and shells.
