Q: I subscribe to Ceramics: Art and Perception and Ceramics TECHNICAL. What happens now that the magazines have been combined?
Answer: Your subscription will be the longer of your active subscriptions.
Q: I am an active subscriber but I didn’t receive a previous issue. Can you send it to me?
Answer: No. We do not have printed copies of Issue 103 and 104, or TECHNICAL 41 however we will extend your subscription by number of issues that you did not recieve.
Q: I am an active subscriber but I didn’t receive a previous issue. Can I get a refund?
Answer: No, however we will extend your subscription by number of issues that you did not recieve.
Q: My college subscribes through EBSCO. Will we still recieve our magazines?
Answer: Yes. We will update our database with EBSCO and extend your subscription as above.
Q: How can I find out when my subscription expires?
Answer: We will contact you over the next couple of weeks by email indicating your expiry issue, including the extended subscription issues that you have missed out on.
Q: I have changed my postal address since you have gone back to printing the magazines. Can I update my postal address?
Answer: Yes. Please update your postal address by registering and logging on to this site. If you already have a username – usually your email address – simply reset your password to this site and log in.
