My project, 50 Bowls/50 States/50 Woodfires will be shown in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania, US during the NCECA conference this year. There will be just a few as yet
unfired bowls due to the schedules of the kilns in some states. But all states will be
represented. The documentation by each firer is fascinating and revealing. We are
planning to extend this project to Australia and New Zealand with bowls being
distributed at the Clay Gulgong conference in April.
